If your order is being delayed, please check the services delivery time period, if it is between the time frames of expected delivery, you need to wait for the server to process your order completely.
If the expected delivery is due or exceeded, please contact us with ORDER ID to check the service.
Some services can be delayed even if reach or exceed the delivery period due to some of the following reasons.
1. Too many traffics of orders from the suppliers side to treat.
2. Some services suppliers don't operates on weekends and holidays.
3. There is an error in the information you provided during order placement.
4. Some services delays due to Server congestions or Slots full and needs to be resets.
There is 3 stages of orders queue

If your order is in the 1st stages, you can quickly request us to cancel and reject your order with 3-5mins of placement.
2nd stage IN PROCESS, this time we can not cancel or reject because the order is already in the supplier database and you have to wait for the order to be completed or rejected depending by server.
3rd stages, SUCCESS, this stage we can not CANCEL/REFUND for the service because it's been process successful and completed.
3rd.B. REJECTED, Your order can be rejected by server for many reasons, once it is rejected, the reasons will be noted in your order why it is rejected and actions to take if any.
Your funds/credits of the exact service will be refunded back to your profile, which you can use again to place order.
We do not support or issue refunds to funds already added to your account/Profile, if your order is rejected, your funds will be credited back to your profile which you can re-use to place order.
